Elaine Harris, Lead Management Project Accountant
Elaine has been with Small Business Support Services since 1987. She is responsible for providing accounting, auditing, and tax prep services to clients engaged in various industries such as nonprofit organizations, construction, small business, and medium sized business. Her experience includes overall accounting assistance, tax return preparation and compilation, review and audit services, and cleaning up any inaccurate set of books you need fixed and maintained. She loves a challenge and fixing books to ensure businesses have the best financial information in front of them to make the best business decisions.
On A Personal Note
Elaine just adopted two kittens. She spends a lot of time with her husband and her grandchildren. She loves taking trips with her soccer friends of 30+ years. She also has the best flower garden in Warrenton, VA.
Kyle Harris, Management Project Accountant
Kyle Harris joined SBSS and provides a variety of outsourced accounting services to clients in the Warrenton, VA and Northern Virginia area.
Kyle is a QuickBooks Desktop Expert and QuickBooks Online Expert and enjoys helping small to medium sized businesses understand their financial picture. He is excellent in finding ways to streamline processes and make accounting procedures more efficient, while providing accurate books in a timely manner.

Kyle’s favorite color is green. He enjoys spending time with his family and working out. He loves a good nap.
Kayleb H., Lead Filing Coordinator
Kayleb H. is the Filing Coordinator at Small Business Support Services. He is really great at his filing position. Unless snack time presents itself, then the work has a slight pause. We are over the moon that he is on the team!
